House Rules & Important Information For the safety of the property and proper operation of our systems, please note the following rules: Balcony door must remain closed at all times. Leaving them open can cause serious damage to our high-efficiency dehumidification and climate-control system. Any damage caused may result in maintenance charges. The climate control system must remain on during the day. Turning it off can cause moisture buildup and damage to the condo. Any damage caused may result in maintenance charges. No smoking in unit. Lost or Forgotten Key After-Hours If you lose your room key card or leave it inside your room after 5:00 PM, a $35 service fee will apply for after-hours assistance. Please note Flight delays, flight cancellations and sudden trip changes or cancellations will not be reimbursed outside of Airbnb policy. Each unit is equipped with a dehumidifier. The heat in Aruba is lovely, but thank goodness for Air Conditioning. The dehumidifier will be emptied daily by our staff or if you prefer you can empty the water container. Please ask for assistance if you need help, were always available.
