House Rules & Important Information For the safety of the property and proper operation of our systems, please note the following rules: Balcony door must remain closed at all times. Leaving them open can cause serious damage to our high-efficiency dehumidification and climate-control system. Any damage caused may result in maintenance charges. Lost or Forgotten Key After-Hours If you lose your room key card or leave it inside your room after 5:00 PM, a $35 service fee will apply for after-hours assistance. Please note Flight delays, flight cancellations and sudden trip changes or cancellations will not be reimbursed outside of Airbnb policy.
